Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern use of the advantage.ma site and the services provided by advantage.ma, a sole-trader registered in Morocco.
2. Services offered
advantage.ma offers media buying consulting services and brokerage for access to advertising accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok). Full service details are available on the /services pages and accessible to validated members via /pros.
3. Site access
Public pages are free and open to all. Pros area access is subject to manual validation by advantage.ma. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access without justification.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are indicated in USD for reference. Final pricing is confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before any payment. Accepted payment methods: USDT (TRC-20, BEP-20), Wise, Payoneer, MAD bank transfer, cash. No refunds after delivery except under the 7-day guarantee.
5. 7-day replacement guarantee
Every account is covered by a 7-day replacement guarantee starting at delivery confirmation. The guarantee applies if the account is blocked or suspended through no fault of the buyer (clearly off-policy use, banned creative, cloaking without proper config, etc.). One replacement per SKU.
6. Liability
advantage.ma acts as an intermediary and advisor. Final responsibility for account usage and compliance with platform rules (Meta, Google, TikTok) lies with the buyer. advantage.ma cannot be held liable for sanctions imposed by these platforms due to buyer behavior.
7. Intellectual property
All content on advantage.ma (text, images, brand, source code) is property of advantage.ma. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Changes
advantage.ma reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca.
